…Due to a conflict of interests these are the minutes from the GA located in Dolce Vita.

Events/ Announcements:
-We will not be able to have a bus for Tallahassee next week for Occupy Florida Day of Action! Legislative Session there weren’t enough going to fill the bus. But a caravan of cars, and looking into a shuttle, will be attending. Occupy Tallahassee has invited all on January 9, to discuss and review planned actions and demands, and January 10 to participate.
- On January 21st there will be a protest on 9th Ave in front of Sacred Heart Hospital against the War on Pharmaceutical Companies etc.
-On January 18th all day will be organizing and sign making for the protest.
- On January 12th, there is a City Council Meeting at City Hall, hope of everyone showing up and speaking their grievances to our representatives.

Proposals:
-A letter has been written up and proposed to be given to all shelters, non-profit org., and food sharing org addressing a Needs Assessment for the homeless in our community, to reach out to our supporters/providers of our community and occupation, Outreach to shelters; to come together to stand against upcoming ordinance proposals.
-Occupy to possibly endorse the Build Power, Show Power campaign for a May 1st General Strike
-The M1 committee will be holding a work shop at an upcoming date this week. Includes; reading and discussing the Miami and Autonomy and Solidarity statement for the build power show power campaign. As well as discussing things such as General Strikes and a strategy for Pensacola for Mayday.
-Other ideas mentioned for proposals will be formally brought up at the next GA.
